Air we breath air we need Inhaling exhaling life prevailing Deep breath shallow breath Our not noticing breath When adrenalin seers through our body Breathing sharper becomes the norm To guide us through the response
Of flight and survival form Lungs expanding oxygen increases Blood rich with life giving energy Sustains mind and body in perfect synergy A newborn's first breath survivingly inhaled On deathbed a long last breath exhaled Breathing for talking singing running swimming Breath for life without which There is nothing beyond blackness dimming Air is the conduit by which to life we live and bind Air the element by which all life
Perpetuates gives and thrives living sublime
