Mirrors mirrors on the wall Sometimes revered
Though by all feared
Who will you choose
To reflect or deflect
One's true self
Or an ever fading shadow Reluctantly losing light once
So luminously brilliant
In youth's ample yet brief lustre
Eclipsed now by its own experience
Now progressed yet tainted by life
Cannot reject the true slings and arrows
That pierce our heart
During one's journey
Over this turbulent
Short but fascinating life
